Wendy Greenley - About Me

Welcome, I’m Wendy Greenley and I’m a writer!

I am a member of the SCBWI and have several picture book manuscripts and two middle grade manuscripts available upon request.

When I was little, I was a tree-climbing dreamer. From our big Norway maple I felt like I could see the whole world. Once, I climbed a neighbor’s tree to rescue their kitten while the fire company watched from below! My town didn’t have a library so I waited excitedly for each visit from the bookmobile. The books went up the tree with me. Now, the trees have to be bigger, but I’m still chasing my dreams.
If you want to know more, my bio is below.

Order of the Coif! Very impressive!
What I want to know is, did you eat the entire 5lbs of chocolate chicken yourself, or did you share? --TCG

    1. I shared. At first, I was very possessive of the chicken. Only best buddies got a taste. Then as days passed and the chicken lingered on, my mom stepped in. By the end, we were begging anyone who visited to break off a piece. The raggedy remnants of an enormous chocolate chicken rump (it was a seated chicken) were not particularly appetizing!
